By accessing or using BibleFlix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
BibleFlix is a subscription-based streaming platform designed for families. We provide Bible stories, faith-based videos, interactive games, Bible reading tools, learning trails, and community discussion features. Our content is curated to be safe and age-appropriate for children.
To use BibleFlix, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Your account may include multiple profiles, including children's profiles. As the account holder, you are responsible for all profiles created under your account. Children's profiles are designed with age-appropriate content and features.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating children's profiles, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child.
BibleFlix offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. All plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Key terms:
We want you to be completely satisfied with BibleFlix. If you are not happy with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial paid subscription (after the free trial). To request a refund, contact us at admin@bibleflix.app. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
All content on BibleFlix, including but not limited to videos, images, text, games, and audio, is owned by or licensed to BibleFlix. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any BibleFlix content without our prior written permission. Screen recording, downloading, or redistributing content is strictly prohibited.
You may create content through our platform, including discussion posts, comments, and study notes. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant BibleFlix a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service.
You agree not to post content that is offensive, harmful, misleading, or inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
BibleFlix is committed to protecting the privacy of children. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Children's profiles are created and managed by the parent or guardian account holder. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. BibleFlix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
